We process personal data when you visit our website, use the contact or request form, create a customer account, or apply for a job with us.

When you use the contact or request form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and company) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Customer Account and Request Tracking
Creating a customer account is optional. Passwords are stored only as hash values. If you sign in via Google, we receive only your name and email address. Google's own privacy policy also applies.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use technically necessary cookies for the login session as well as browser local storage for your language and display preferences. These do not require consent under Section 25(2) TTDSG.
6. Job Applications
As part of recruitment, we process submitted documents to carry out the selection process (Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG) and delete them afterwards unless a legal retention period applies.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
